This election is one for the ages. There was no way the Coalition could win, according to the pundits and polls. But Scott Morrison may have just pulled off what could go down as the most impressive election win in this country’s history.

This election is one for the ages. There was no way the Coalition could win, according to the pundits and polls.
But Scott Morrison may have just pulled off what could go down as the most impressive election win in this country’s history.
Not even the Liberal party rated themselves much of a chance at hanging on to Government so to rise above the leadership chaos that has marred this term of government and deliver, almost single-handedly, a win almost beggars belief.

Mr Morrison deserves our congratulations and we wish him all the best for his first term as a prime minster elected by the people.
Despite the remarkable result, it remains somewhat of a concern for the Northern Territory. We have again delivered two federal Labor members in Solomon and Lingiari, Luke Gosling ad Warren Snowdon, which leaves us at odds with the ruling party again.
