Three hotel employees have been charged after allegedly assaulting a man while removing him from a licensed premises in Tuncurry.

Three hotel employees have been charged after allegedly assaulting a man when removing him from a licensed premises on the state’s Mid-North Coast.
On December 14, police attended the home of a 54-year-old Tuncurry man, who had head injuries and lacerations, believed to be sustained when he was escorted out of a hotel on Manning St in Tuncurry.
The man was treated by paramedics, before he was taken to Manning Base Hospital to be further treated for fractures to his ribs and vertebrae.
Following an investigation into the incident, three people were charged and taken to Forster Police Station on Monday.
A 29-year-old man was charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, while a 33-year-old woman and 20-year-old were charged with one count of the same offence.
They were granted conditional bail, and will appear before Forster Local Court in February.
