Eele, alongside his co-accused Billy Hart who also pleaded guilty to aggravated breaking and entering, inflicting grievous bodily harm and assault in December, went to the victims home on March 14, last year.

According to police facts, the victims were residing at a pair of units in Warnervale and the first victim was known to Eele and Hart.

The police facts state Eele and Hart were being driven home by Eele’s girlfriend at the time when they decided to stop at the victim’s home.

Eele’s girlfriend is not alleged to have done anything wrong.

Around 11am on March 14, 2024, the victim woke up to Eele and Hart who said they needed to talk.

“Discussions continued and the victim recalled being punched in the face by both offenders for a while and says he can’t remember much after that,” police facts state.

The second victim, who was a neighbour of the first victim went to the home to return jumper cables and hear a commotion going on inside the home.

The second victim then dropped the jumper leads and walked down the driveway but was followed by Eele and Hart.

Shortly after an altercation ensued and the second victim told them to get off his property or he would call the police.

Hart then replied “you don’t know who I am, if you call the police I’ll get another 10 blokes back here”.

Eele then punched the second victim in the back of the head causing him to lose consciousness.

Eele and Hart then both left the property.

Both men will be sentenced in the District Court at a later date.
