Another Facebook user encouraged Northern Territory councils to deploy cameras, saying other states and territories used the practice to crack down on dumping hot spots.
“Install game cameras motion activated in a location and get images of number plates and prosecute. Cameras are less than $200. Simple effective and cheap,” the commenter said.
