ZACH Rolfe will face his murder trial on August 18.
The trial was delayed after Covid-19 broke out in Sydney and the city became a hotspot, causing lawyers to be stuck in New South Wales.
Lead prosecutor Philip Strickland SC will fly to the NT on Monday and enter 14 days of quarantine at Howard Springs.
He will leave Howard Springs on August 16, before the trial begins on August 18.
The other planned prosecutor, Sophie Callan SC, will not fly up from Sydney. It’s understood a prosecutor from Melbourne will take her place.
