They then jump a fence at the back of the venue, attempt to smash a CCTV camera before returning to the front.
Footage shows the group trying to break down the front door and one smashes a CCTV camera.
Police can be seen arriving soon after and the boys flee.
Katherine Country Club chief executive Matthew Cullen said it was the worst of six attempted break ins in only a couple of months.
“Generally if an alarm goes off they run off but this time they saw a light on, knew staff were there and just didn’t seem to care,” he said.
“They’ve banged our front door, that’ll cost $5000, two cameras they’ve taken down which are about $400 a piece, smashed louvres, that’ll cost labour and time to get it all fixed.
“It’s generally fifty-fifty in trying to break into the machinery shed and steal tractors for a joy ride or try to get in here for alcohol.”
Mr Cullen said he understood the perpetrators were linked to a break in at the Katherine Veterinary Hospital, given the car they arrived to the club in had insignia from the vet clinic.
“It appears they may be linked,” he said.
The clinic was broken into at some stage between 4am and 6am on Monday morning.
NT Police Senior Sergeant Karen Sanderson said the veterinary business had a number of dangerous veterinary were taken from a dark grey 20 kg Lockwood safe, along with a white 2016 Ford Ranger.
