POLICE have arrested a woman in an alleged drive-through drug bust of a commercial quantity of cannabis at Katherine.
Northern Territory Police said they arrested a 30-year-old woman during a traffic apprehension around 4pm on Wednesday.
A spokesman said Katherine Police and detectives from the Substance Abuse Intelligence Desk searched the vehicle and uncovered the cannabis and a taser.
The female driver was arrested and charged with possessing and supplying a commercial quantity of a Schedule 2 dangerous drug, and possessing a prohibited weapon.
Police said she was remanded in custody to appear in Katherine Local Court on Thursday.
