Opposition Leader Lia Finocchiaro is crawling her way to the top, having placed No. 14 in 2019.

Finocchiaro put in a valiant effort to revive the CLP in the Territory election and her persistence was not wasted.

Now backed by a team of capable Territorians, she has the opportunity to make a bigger mark in the next four years than in the last term of government.

Paul ‘Hendo’ Henderson has made a dramatic reappearance, placing No. 6 on The List after being No. 49 in 2018.

The former Chief Minister from 2007 and 2012, Henderson has made a resurgence as the Chancellor for Charles Darwin University and co-chair of the Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission.
