POLICE are searching for a car without number plates, stolen from an Alice Springs home.

Southern Watch Commander Darryl Kerr said about 3.30am a home in Mallam Cres, Sadadeen was allegedly broken into by a male youth.

“The victim was home and heard a noise … the only description we have is an Aboriginal male offender wearing a hoodie. He broke into the house, stole some keys and a white Subaru Forester,” he said.

The vehicles not fitted with any number plates, so we’re asking if anyone sees that vehicle to can give us a call.”

Investigations are continuing.
