NO students have been reported abducted from Palmerston Senior College after mysterious circles appeared on the school’s footy field.
Woolworths worker Tanya McCallum was walking her dogs Teabags and Ickey on the school’s oval about 6.30am yesterday morning when she noticed the anomaly.
“I couldn’t believe it when I seen them,” the 43-year-old from Woodroffe said.

“There was two full circles and one half-circle.
“There was a perfect little round one in their centre. What was making it was leaves — a circle of leaves and they were pushed out.
“I walk my dogs there many a morning and I’ve never seen anything like it.
“They were perfect.”
Ms McCallum said the grass had been flattened and the circles were close together.
Asked if the circles were caused by aliens, she said: “I don’t know. Maybe. Who knows. But I reckon they’re here. Of course I do. There’s got to be something that made that.”
“I’m not worried. If they’re going to come, they’re going to come, eh?
“I took the dogs walking (Monday) afternoon and they weren’t there. Unless someone’s a miracle worker.
“The grass hasn’t been mowed. And why was it just that area? We walked around the whole oval.
“My mum reckons they’re crop circles. I don’t see how someone could make it.
“Even the half one against the fence was perfectly round.”
CROP CIRCLES SPOTTED AT MUCKATY STATION
In May, the NT News reported aliens might be leaving their mark at a station in the NT outback.
Muckaty Station, 110km north of Tennant Creek, had an unexplained marking on the land to which station manager Ray Aylett said: “There’s no other explanation.”
