A NUMBER of the Top End’s beloved markets have been cancelled amid uncertainty around the Covid lockdown.
The Parap Markets, Freds Pass Markets and the Palmerston Markets have all announced via Facebook that they have cancelled their markets for this weekend.
Rapid Creek markets announced earlier this week that their markets would be “temporarily suspended.”
“As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve we are continuing to monitor the Australian Government and NT Government guidelines to ensure that we are doing all we can to protect our valued customers and business’,” the Facebook post said.
