DARWIN serial killer Ben Hoffmann will face court next month following an allegedly “fairly minor” prison “stoush” involving a liquid.
Benjamin Glenn Hoffman did not appear in Darwin Local Court on Monday charged with one count of aggravated assault following the incident in November last year.
A court heard in May this year the temperature of the fluid would be contested.
Successfully applying for an adjournment until next month, Hoffmann’s legal representative, Patricia Petersen, said her client did not need to appear in court on Monday.
The court also heard interviews still had to be conducted with people within the prison.
The matter was adjourned until July.
