Opposition Leader Lia Finocchiaro casts her vote for the NT Election in Palmerston

OPPOSITION Leader Lia Finocchiaro has cast her vote for the 2020 Territory Election.

OPPOSITION Leader Lia Finocchiaro has cast her vote for the 2020 Territory Election.

The CLP leader added her vote to the ballot box at the Palmerston pre-polling centre on Tuesday morning using the opportunity to appeal to voters just four days out from the election.

“We’ve been very clear about public service jobs being safe,” Ms Finocchiaro said.

“Our focus has been very clearly on growing the economy to support jobs, we have tremendous opportunity in our mining onshore gas sector, agriculture has stepped up.

“One of the first things I would do if elected as Chief Minister is get the budget moving so that Territorians can see the true state of assets.”
