NT Police is calling for public assistance following the alleged assault of a woman in Tennant Creek.
On Wednesday between 10pm and 10.30pm a woman was allegedly assaulted by an unknown person or persons while walking on Thompson St.
Police have released CCTV still images of an indigenous female and an indigenous male who were seen walking in the area of Memorial Ave and Thompson St, in hopes they will be able to assist with the investigation.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 131 444 or report it anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, referencing PROMIS number 9288693.
