A LASSETERS Casino employee in Alice Springs was arrested at his workplace after allegedly filming a man who was showering in the casino’s gym.

The NT News understands Hao Tang, 29, was arrested by NT Police at 10.30am on Wednesday after an incident in July.

An NT Police spokesman confirmed an incident had taken place and police were investigating.

“NT Police are investigating allegations that a man was filmed while showering in a gym at a property in Alice Springs last week in contravention of the Surveillance Devices Act 2007,” they said.

“A 29-year-old man has been arrested and will appear in Alice Springs Local Court on 18 August 2021.”
