NT development pioneer Frank Morandini to be farewelled on Monday
The funeral service for Darwin developer Frank Morandini will be held at St Mary’s Star of the Sea Cathedral at 10am Monday.

THE funeral service for Darwin developer Frank Morandini scheduled for earlier this month is now at St Mary’s Star of the Sea Cathedral at 10am Monday.*
The original service was delayed by the Covid-19 lockdown.
Mr Morandini died in late October after a 60-year career in the Territory.
His construction resume includes roads, carparks, caravan parks, homes, factories and warehouses.
One of his latest developments, Club Tropical Resort at Lee Point, showed his faith in the Darwin economy was undiminished, 60 years after moving to the Territory.
Throughout his life he remained proud of his part in rebuilding Darwin after Cyclone Tracy.
Frank is survived by wife Maggie, daughter Amanda and sons Stefano and Alessandro.
