A MAN has died and another two people have been ejected from a car during a fatal highway rollover

A 19-year-old man has died in a single vehicle rollover 5km out from Timber Creek on the Victoria Hwy.
The man killed was a passenger in the car while the driver, a 36-year-old man, was ejected upon impact and found a short distance away.
The scene was discovered at 9.50pm Wednesday, with emergency services working through the night to treat the injured people.
A 18-year-old woman who was in the back seat of the car was also ejected during the crash.
The driver and female passenger were taken to the Timber Creek Health Clinic before the driver was flown to Darwin for treatment for his injuries.
Watch Commander Len Turner said the passenger had some minor injuries.
It is not known what condition the driver is in.
Watch Cmdr Turner said motorists should avoid the area or expect delays as the road will be closed in part or in whole as the scene is cleared.
The Major Crash Investigations Unit is investigating.
It is not yet known what factors, if any, were behind the crash.
The number of people to have died on Territory roads this year now stands at six, the same number as this time last year.
