LEGAL experts do not believe the two men behind claims that Bradley Murdoch did not kill Peter Falconio would have any support, even from legal aid, if they got their case off the ground.
Former criminal lawyer Andrew Fraser and his business partner Victor Susman were slammed by criminal lawyer Peter Faris after they could not provide any fresh evidence, even after working on the case for eight years.

“The administrator wouldn’t even send it to the court of appeal,” he said. “It’s a simple case where the blood stain on Murdoch is enough to convict him on his own and that’s what the appeal court said.”
He told non believers to read police and court transcripts.
