GREENS candidate Aiya Goodrich Carttling will be number one on the Johnston by-election ballot paper when Territorians head to the polls on February 29.

Ms Carttling’s name was drawn out first at the NT Electoral Commission’s ballot draw today, followed by CLP candidate Josh Thomas and Labor’s Joel Bowden.
