A FORMER Territory attorney-general and treasurer has found bags of dumped cannabis on the side of the road.
John Elferink, who was the attorney-general and later the treasurer under the Terry Mills-led CLP government, was on a Sunday morning jog when he discovered dumped garbage bags on the side of the road.
Mr Elferink, a former police officer who now lives in South Australia, told 7 NEWS he “didn’t think anything off it” until he saw a suspicious shape in one of the bags.
