Mindil Beach Casino Resort (MBCR) is hosting an exciting event on April 26 – A Night
in the Tropics.
This event is set to celebrate everything that is iconically Darwin – the weather, the food, the entertainment – including headline artist, Jessica Mauboy.
This community event promises something for everyone, with live performances from local artists, roving entertainment, and an array of Darwin’s iconic food trucks.
MBCR is especially excited to welcome Jessica back to Darwin, but Jessica isn’t the only local talent on the lineup.
Renowned duo eMDee will bring their high-energy didgeridoo and drum performance to the event, along with performances from local DJs.
MBCR is bringing the best of Darwin’s food trucks to the lawns, so if you’ve been missing the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, this is the perfect opportunity to experience that vibrant atmosphere once more.
Food vendors include Filoso Foods, The Mexican Kitchen, Curled, and more.
MBCR will also feature a stall showcasing delicious Chef’s Specials.
Pairing delicious food with live entertainment while watching the sunset over the stunning Mindil Beach is a true Night in the Tropics.
The doors open at 4.30pm, with entertainment starting from 5pm and continuing until 10.30pm.
This is an all-ages event, and with tickets priced at just $20 per person (children aged three and under free), it’s an affordable and fun evening for the Darwin community.
