Helping People Achieve, a non-for-profit that offers supported employment options to people living with disabilities, recently started manufacturing a range of Aboriginal print face masks at their AusDesigns workshop in Palmerston.

“We’ve had an enormous amount of sales to people interstate and locals, walking through Darwin airport you can probably spot staff there wearing our masks,” HPA chief executive Tony Burn said.

“It’s helped provide meaningful employment to seven of our workers during this pandemic.”
