Hotspots declared for Orange, Blayney and Cabonne LGAs in regional NSW
Three new local government areas have been declared hotspots by the chief health officer, after locally acquired cases of the Delta variant of Covid-19.

THREE regional NSW local government areas have been declared hotspots by the NT government.
The NT News understands that travellers from Orange, Blayney and Cabonne into the Territory who arrive after 5pm Wednesday will be required to go into 14 days mandatory quarantine at either Howard Springs or Alice Springs’ quarantine facilities.
There will be no backdating to the declaration.
It follows Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and some areas of regional Victoria in being declared hotspots amid a surge in the Delta variant.
NSW reported 110 new infections of Covid-19 on Wednesday, over 40 of which were in the community while infectious.
Victoria reported 22 new cases on Wednesday, its highest number of daily infections since September last year.
