NT POLICE is looking to speak with two people on bicycles who were in the area of a suspicious blaze that destroyed a vessel in Francis Bay Dr in January.
Cops are calling for information in regards to the blaze that took fireys more than two hours to bring under control.
The vessel, 24m MV Guru, was docked at Hornibrook’s Wharf in Frances Bay on January 13 when police received reports of a fire and explosions at 3.30am.
At the time of the blaze, boat owner Guardian Offshore AU managing director Darren Kolln said the 24m MV Guru only docked at the wharf two days earlier where it was to undergo maintenance before setting sail for Papua New Guinea on Saturday.

Mr Kolln said the boat cost in the “tens of millions” and it would be up to insurers as to whether it was a write-off or not.
Detectives from the Major Crime Squad want to speak with two people seen on bicycles in the area of Francis Bay Drive at the time of the blaze.
