Child from Pakistan repatriation flight tests positive for Covid in quarantine

A child who recently arrived in the NT on a repatriation flight has tested positive for Covid.

A CHILD who arrived in the NT on a repatriation flight from Pakistan has tested positive for Covid-19.

The boy arrived on the flight from Islamabad, Pakistan on September 25.

He is mildly symptomatic and is under the care of NT Health at the Centre for National Resilience.

Since repatriation flights to the Northern Territory began on October 23, 2020 a total 194 positive cases have been reported from international repatriation. There are six active cases in the Northern Territory, all at the Centre for National Resilience.
