The NT News obtained a copy of the latest email sent to staff late Friday afternoon which read:

“In accordance with our enterprise agreement, the next step in the change process will be to meet with our unions to outline what will be released for consultation. Deans, pro vice chancellors and managers will contact their staff to arrange meetings at which they will explain the change proposal.

“If you will be on leave next week please contact the office of your respective dean, pro vice chancellor or manager to provide your preferred form of contact.

“Once the change proposal has been released there will be a period of three weeks’ communication and consultation with all staff and the collation of feedback and input regarding the change proposal.”

CDU says any change will follow the requirements of the enterprise agreement and proper notifications and consultation with unions and all staff.

The university said no announcements would be made until after college deans had met individually with staff directly affected.
