DRAMA, suspense, romance and tragedy were captured in one of the most bizarre dashcam encounters ever to come out of the Northern Territory.
The footage, shared by Dash Cam Owners Australia, shows a Holden Rodeo screeching to a stop on Vanderlin Dr towards Casuarina.
One man stumbles out of the front passenger seat with the door clinging to life on its hinges, while the driver also steps out.
The barefoot pair prance around the car before mounting the median strip with fists raised, preparing to throw punches.
The pair seem to resolve their issue before hugging and potentially pecking one another on the cheek however the footage makes it unclear.
“F*** I’ve got some random s*** going on in front of me here. F*** me dead, Vanderlin Drive, two dudes about to try and kill each other,” the dashcam owner says.
“They don’t know whether to hug each other or kill each other.”
The pair then invite a third person to join the cuddles before heading back to the car.
The front passenger attempts to return the wonky door back to its position as a police car pulls up. The Holden darts away as the police car stops, leaving the two perplexed passengers on the road.
The footage then cuts to the Holden Rodeo in a ditch with a tow truck and police car awaiting.
It’s understood the driver sustained injuries to his shoulder. The NT News is contacting authorities for further information.
The video on YouTube has more than 266,000 views.
