A student has been hit by a car outside a McDonalds restaurant in Palmerston.
Emergency Services are attending to the scene outside the Johnston McDonalds, on the Farrar Blvd, Lambrick Ave and Tarakan Ct corner, after reports of the incident about 2.45pm on Wednesday.

A St John Ambulance spokeswoman said crews were still on the scene but confirmed the child had been hit but was conscious and breathing.
