Here’s an unusual offer just waiting to be snapped up.

Saltwater crocodile Kakadu, of Roaming Reptiles Victoria, is looking for a forever home.

The 2½-year-old, black patternless and white-bellied croc weighs as much as a tub of butter and could be your pet for up to 70 years.

And while it’s a tiddler now, don’t underestimate the 54cm, 500g critter — adult females can grow up to 100kg and males a whopping tonne.

Kakadu likes to munch on various meats and chicken hearts.

Established in 2003, Roaming Reptiles brings a hands-on experience of Australian amphibians, reptiles and insects to schools, parties and other events.

Bidders for Kakadu must have an advanced wildlife licence.
