A man has been treated by paramedics following a car and motorbike crash on a major Gold Coast road.
The two vehicles collided southbound on the Gold Coast Hwy just before the Sundale Bridge in Southport about 8.20am on Thursday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said three crews attended the incident and treated a male patient for leg injuries. He was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
Police partially closed one lane as firefighters worked to clear the scene.
The road was fully reopened just before 9am with minimal impact to peak hour traffic.
