Miami’s annual Christmas party will be its biggest yet when it takes over breweries and bars in the affectionately known Liquor Lanes.

The event on Sunday raises funds for foster children with businesses donating a percentage of profits to the Pyjama Foundation.
Rhys Jacobson from Precinct Brewing said it was an important cause.
“We’re focusing on kids from 10 to 18 years of age doing it hard this time of year,” he said.
“We’re all hoping to raise money to get them some presents such as backpacks, beach towels, sports hats, body shop products and camping gear, also trying to give back to the community that gives us so much,” he said.
Hard Fizz HQ Taproom, Black Hops, Granddad Jack’s, Pretty Handsome and Mohr are taking part in the event.
Rob Mohr said the recently opened Mohr would provide a fresh deli cabinet charcuterie board on the day.
“We’ve done the fine dining, had enough of that,” Mr Mohr said.
“We’re coming together to make something epic, enjoy good food, good flavour – that’s what we’re all about.”
Mr Jacobson said activities would be held at each venue.
“We’ve got face painting, Pretty Handsome’s got market stalls and Santa slushies, Hard Fizz has got the jumping castle and games for kids,” he said.
“Black Hops’ got Santa photos and a DJ, and then the final venue is Granddad Jacks, who will cook some Argentinian barbecues, and they’ll have a Santa sack charity and a donation basket, as will all the venues.”
The event will kick off at noon.
