A Belmont man, 49, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft.

A Corio man, 41, was charged with disorderly conduct after threatening motorists and laying down in front of cars in Mercer Street.
Senior Sergeant Riches said police were actively enforcing public safety in Geelong.
The operations comes after three people were recently arrested near troubled CBD hotspots.
Uniformed officers swarmed the Geelong CBD on September 12 at Yarra St, Moorabool St, Little Malop St, Malop St and the waterfront in an effort to clean up unruly behaviour near the Westfield shopping centre, Market Square and Eastern Beach.
At the time, a 26-year-old Corio woman was charged and fined $1200, after allegedly attempting to assault police and also booked for allegedly trespassing at Westfield where she was witnessed “violently screaming” and behaving in an offensive manner, police said.
Another North Geelong woman, 18, was alleged to have used a pram as a prop to carry out stolen food from Coles.
A 25-year-old man was also nabbeed near Yarra St for allegedly violently threatening Westfield security staff and one pedestrians and found to be wanted on warrants.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, using obscene language and breaching an intervention order and bailed to appear at the Geelong Magistrates Court.
The arrests follow a long list of disturbing attacks at well-known trouble spots this year, including a stabbing outside the Geelong Shisha Bar on Moorabool St last month.
