Police search for registered sex offender Dylan Jones

Police are searching for a registered sex offender who is known to frequent Geelong.

Victoria Police are asking anyone who sees registered sex offender Dylan Jones to contact triple-0 immediately.

Police are seeking public assistance to locate a registered sex offender known to frequent Geelong.

Officers have been unable to locate Dylan Jones, 25, who failed to make contact after his release from government custody, which is a requirement of his reporting obligations.

Jones is described as about 180cm tall with a solid build, black hair, brown eyes and tanned skin.

He is known to frequent associates in the Geelong, Heidelberg and Bundoora areas.

Anyone who sights Jones is urged not to approach him and to contact triple-0 immediately.

In making a report, Victoria Police ask the public to provide details about the location and time you saw the offender, the offender’s appearance and information about their movements or behaviour.
