A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Colac West on Sunday.

A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Colac West on Sunday.

It’s believed a car and motorcycle collided on the Princes Highway near Corangamite Lake Road just after 11.30am.

Police spokeswoman Belind Batty said the motorcyclist was then struck by a second car.

“The yet to be identified motorcyclist has died at the scene,” Ms Batty said.

Both drivers stopped at the scene and are assisting police with inquiries.

No one else was injured during the incident and the exact circumstances are being investigated.
