In a frightening phone call, a Geelong woman told her former partner she wanted to “skin” him alive and “run over and bury” his head.

During the call, Norlane woman Tiffany Carter demanded the victim bring her a car and his “ugly f---ing head so I can stomp on it” and then told him she wanted to “skin you alive”.

“I am genuinely ready to kick all your teeth in your f---ing head. I am going to f---ing run over and bury your head,” Carter said.

Carter pleaded guilty to making the threats to kill in the Geelong Magistrates Court on Friday morning.

The court heard Carter and the victim had a verbal argument in the man’s home in the hours before the abusive phone call.

The mother-of-one’s defence lawyer, Hollie Lyons, said she has a long history of being the victim in criminal matters.

In placing her on a good behaviour bond without conviction, meaning she cannot reoffend or risk being resentenced on the charges, Magistrate Peter Mellas took into account this history.

“It gives me really in-depth information about your situation, (and) why you might have behaved the way you did,” Mr Mellas said.

Mr Mellas said he took into account “not only what you did but what you have been doing to work on those things”.

“I would like to think you have a better understanding of how you can act in certain situations. It is possible to avoid getting things to that point (and you should) be able to head it off.

“You’re someone who has the ability to do that,” Mr Mellas said.
