A home in Charlemont was destroyed on Sunday evening after a suspicious fire tore through the property.
Crews were called to the double-storey house on the corner of Boundary and Horseshoe Bend roads just after 6pm after multiple residents called triple-0.
Upon arrival, firefighters found the home fully engulfed in flames.
It’s understood the home had been vacant in recent months.
Photos of the blaze shared to social media show thick smoke billowing from home and flames as high as 4m.
A police spokeswoman said officers were treating the fire as suspicious.
“The cause is yet to be determined,” she said.
“No one was injured.”
