Are you or have you ever been a member of a political party? If so, which one(s)? The Victorian Liberal Party

What are the three key issues you are campaigning on? More Basketball & Netball courts, Traffic calming measures for safer streets, Fighting against inappropriate development.

Should council only focus on the three Rs - roads, rates and rubbish? Council needs to take care of the basics, they are our foundation duty. However, as our region grows so do our responsibilities to our residents.

Do you believe Australia Day should remain on January 26? Council should recognise Australia Day as our national day of celebration on the date decided by the Federal Government, that date is January 26.

Do you think we are currently facing a climate emergency? We live in a beautiful region and need to protect and care for our environment, the Geelong Sustainability Framework recognises climate change as a threat.

What are the three key issues you are campaigning on? Improve maintenance of roads, transparency of rate spending, supporting small business

Should council only focus on the three Rs - roads, rates and rubbish? No, although these are priorities, the council should focus on those issues that directly impact residents and provide support.

Do you believe Australia Day should remain on January 26? I am neutral on the issue. Both sides have valid arguments.

Do you live in the ward? After 12 years, the cost of living saw me move when my rental property was sold.

Are you or have you ever been a member of a political party?If so, which one(s)? Yes - I’m currently a member of the Liberal Party.

What are the three key issues you are campaigning on? Quality roads and footpaths, transport solutions and delivery on services and facilities. Ratepayers funds must be invested wisely and with value for money.

Should council only focus on the three Rs - roads, rates and rubbish? Focus on the three Rs is paramount. Where there are local services and facilities they must be delivered as needed, efficiently and on value.

Do you believe Australia Day should remain on January 26? Until Australia Day public holiday is changed nationally, Australia, and Australia Day should be celebrated on January 26.

Do you think we are currently facing a climate emergency? With a population of 280,000+, Council has a significant responsibility in managing environmental impacts. This is why transport solutions and services are key focus areas.
