Baby Parker joins siblings Scarlett, Ollie and Archie in the Duncan family.
Duncan made a mad dash back to Geelong on Friday afternoon, hours before Geelong’s clash with Adelaide.
Coach Chris Scott confirmed at a post-game press conference Duncan jumped on a 4:30pm flight to be with his wife.
The Cats defeated the Crows by 19 points at Adelaide Oval.
The couple admitted they were in shock after discovering they were expecting again, but it quickly turned to excitement.
“It was obviously a massive shock and always kind of thought (we are) three and done,” Mitch said.
“Three beautiful kids and now we’re going to have four and really excited for what’s to come.”
Demi, who co-founded Missta baby thermos, said she’d had a really smooth pregnancy.
Duncan’s teammates Tom Hawkins and Gryan Miers were among those to congratulate the pair on social media as well as former AFLW player Daisy Pearce and football commentator Abbey Holmes.
