Former Geelong Grammar student Andrew Brockman, 44, died while participating at a Treetops Adventure course in Yeodene on January 4.
Mr Brockman, known as Andy, leaves behind three children.

The park, tucked in the picturesque Otways native forest, temporarily closed in the wake of the death.
Mr Brockman and a teenage girl were rushed to the Colac hospital at the time, however he did not survive.
One tribute noted he “died adventuring” and was a dearly loved son, brother and father.
