From down the Surf Coast to the CBD, crowds filled the Geelong region’s pubs and bars on Saturday afternoon, as locals and holiday goers alike gathered to watch the AFL grand final.

AFL fans barracking for Sydney Swans or Brisbane Bears filled Torquay Hotel, The Sporting Globe, Edge Geelong, the Barwon Club and more, all to watch the game unfold, while a few visitors took advantage of the empty beaches.
