Police seeking public assistance to look for man accused of assaulting woman

TERRITORY police are looking for a man who was allegedly involved in an aggravated assault in Alice Springs earlier this month.
Police are asking for public assistance to locate Alfonse Brumby, 28, who allegedly physically assaulted a 21-year-old woman known to him at an address on Ewenyper Street on the morning of February 11, 2021.
The woman was transported to the Alice Springs Hospital for treatment to non-life threatening injuries and the man fled the scene.

Mr Brumby is not considered a danger to the community, and police are asking anyone with information in relation to his whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 000 333 and quote PROMIS reference 9560902.
