ALICE Springs Year 12 students have officially said goodbye to their schooling years with their last exam behind them.

Among the students off on their next adventure are Charlotte Campbell and Joseph Martin, who attended Centralian Senior College.

Both intend to stay in the NT and find work next year.

“Alice Springs has always been a good place to get a job and to start something new,” Charlotte said.

“I want to go into medicine. Maybe nursing or paramedics.”

Joseph said it was a “relief” that school was officially over.

He said he got a lot out of the subject Workplace Practices, where students practise interviewing skills and write their resumes for future job prospects.

“My mum is a police officer, and that’s what I’d like to do in the future,” he said.
