Two drivers have been charged with DUI on the same night in the same car within 90 minutes
Two different drivers have been charged with drink driving within just 90 minutes for allegedly operating the same car under the influence of alcohol.

Two drivers, one holding a probationary license, were charged with drink driving within 90 minutes of each other for allegedly driving the same car under the influence.
Police in East Innisfail stopped a 45-year-old woman who was driving a car at 7.15pm on February 28.
After conducting a roadside breathalyser test, she was taken to Innisfail Police station for further testing.
Additional tests allegedly showed the woman’s blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.
Just an hour and a half later, at 8.45pm on the same evening, police continued patrolling the area and again came across the same vehicle which had previously been driven by the 45-year-old woman.
This time the driver was a 47-year-old man who was on a probationary license, conducted a breath test and as a result was transported to the Innisfail Police station for further testing.
After tests showed his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit, the man was charged with driving over the no alcohol limit, but not over the general limit, while on a probationary license.
The man is due to attend Innisfail Magistrates Court on March 17.
Additionally the 40-year-old woman was charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the middle alcohol limit, but not exceeding the high alcohol limit.
She is due to attend Innisfail Magistrates Court on March 31.
Police have reminded the public to plan ahead and arrange alternative modes of transport when drinking.
A spokesman for the Queensland Police said the decision to drive while affected by alcohol can have catastrophic consequences for other road users and their families.
