A popular Vietnamese coffee shop is giving away 50 free coffees and selling a limited edition keep cup as it opens its doors on Thursday.
A pop up store at Smithfield, Annee’s Caphe Sua Da is moving to a permanent location in the Smithfield Shopping Centre.
It will open at the Woolworths entrance of the shopping centre on Thursday February 2 at 7.30am, and will be the first of four stores to drop the “Caphe Sua Da” from the exterior branding and go by just “Annee’s”.
Owner Annee Nguyen said the name had become synonymous with Vietnamese iced coffee.
“Our guests refer to their drink as an Annee’s no matter what their order is therefore this feels like a natural progression for my brand,” Ms Nguyen said.
The new store features a fresh direction for the brand with an eye popping “Annee’s pink” exterior which can be seen from the highway.
Creative director Silve Myrteza said the design choice “welcomes guests to the world of Annee’s, a place to be bold and different”.
To celebrate the grand opening, Annee’s is releasing a Valentine’s edition keep cup to be offered first exclusively at the new location.
The team will also giveaway free coffees to the first 50 guests and free cupcakes for everyone else while stocks last.
Annee’s Caphe Sua Da has stores outside Rusty’s Markets on Grafton St and two stores in Townsville with plans to open more stores nationwide.
