MODEL Meg Goodall is ready to bring the cleanest and greenest fashion to the Far North at Eco Fashion Week.

The 21-year-old debuted at the inaugural Eco Fashion Week Australia in Perth last year, and is ready to walk the catwalk again when the sustainable fashion week reaches Port Douglas in November.

“I definitely think eco fashion is the way forward,” she said.

“The event was a really full-on and great experience that definitely opened my eyes and made me think about sustainable fashion – even just little things like re-using clothes.”

A green carpet launch will be held at QT Resort on September 8.

Douglas Shire Mayor Julia Leu said Eco Fashion Week Australia would be an opportunity for Port Douglas to be recognised on the world stage.

Eco Fashion Week Australia 2018 will be held in Port Douglas from November 4 to 10.
