A car has veered off the road and smashed into the outdoor chairs and table of a sidewalk coffee shop after a three-car inner city smash.
The car crash chaos started after a Nissan Navara allegedly swiped a Tesla, which then crashed head on into a Toyota RAV4.
The Navara veered off the road and crashed into tables outside the Little Institute cafe in Adelaide’s Rose Park area.
There were no injuries to customers or staff, the police have confirmed.
Photos from the scene show a damaged Navara sitting just outside the doors of the cafe, with tables, umbrella and a chair crumpled in front of it.
The driver of the Navara, a 23-year-old man, and the driver of the Toyota RAV4, a 32-year-old man, were both taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the Tesla, a 32-year-old man, was not injured and the car was driven away.
West bound lanes were closed while the police cleared the scene but they have now reopened.
The Nissan and the Toyota were towed from the scene.
The crash triggered an extensive emergency services response, with fire crews, paramedics and police all on scene.
In one photo, paramedics are seen loading a man on a stretcher into an ambulance.
Police are investigating the crash.
