A teenager has been taken to hospital after the car he was driving crashed into two other cars and a tree in Sydney’s west.
Police witnessed a car driving dangerously on Luxford Road in Whalan about 12.50am on Friday.
They gave chase after the car failed to stop when signalled.
The car then crashed into two unoccupied parked cars and a tree on the same road.
The 14-year-old driver became trapped in the vehicle following the crash.
NSW Ambulance paramedics managed to free the teenager before he was taken to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a stable condition.
A crime scene was established.
Inquiries into the incident remain ongoing, and police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
