"They thought it was hysterical"
"We had a young girl who we came across - I thought her name was pronounced Lea because it was Le-a," she says in the clip.
"But you actually pronounce the hyphen as a dash, so it was Ledasha."
On another "very recent" occasion, a girl came into the emergency room and the doctor had to ask the creator how she thought the name was pronounced, which was written as Cviiilyn.
"I looked and I was like, 'Oh, that's easy, I really feel like that would be pronounced Civilian'," she said.
"So he goes out into the waiting room and he's like 'Civilian, civilian'... nothing.
"After a while this girl stands up and says, 'That's me and I think you mean Caitlin.'"
The girl was "pretty unimpressed" that her name has been so mispronounced, and "proceeded to tell everyone" that the Vii in her name was roman numerals.
"So that was an eight, so her name was C-eight-lyn - Caitlin," she added.

"But they had essentially named their child S**thead.
