Teaching consent, managing anxiety, and why lockdown is so hard on single parents
Today’s guest is a radio and TV host, author, food fanatic and mum-of-four… now Yumi Stynes has a new book out – ‘Welcome to consent’. Her last collaboration was with former Dolly Doctor, Dr Melissa Kang, on a book for tweens called ‘Welcome to your Period’ and now they’re back with some super timely advice for our kids (and us). Our new regular contributor Lauren Patterson is also back to talk about the little factors that could be affecting your anxiety in a big way. And Mel opens up about why lockdown is so hard on single parents.
