ALEX Patsalides caught his 6th metery barramundi from a land base so far this year on October 24.
I have a mutual fishing teacher with Alex – George Voukolos.
George has caught 21 metery barramundi from a land base so far this year.
They both just like the land-based challenge of metery barramundi fishing.
Anyway, they are the top grade super fishos.
I asked Alex to give me some information, and then I received a message from him as follows:
“Caught at Daly River on black & gold DOA Baitbuster, Shimano Core 100 reel, Venom 4kg baitcaster rod, retrieve was winding in slow and jigging.
“She put up a good fight, released her after 20 minutes of swimming.”
